Candid Camera! Painting Class Photo Collages March 21, 2013
Hello Darling! (I hope it’s OK that I call you “darling”, since I call most everyone “darling” or “sweetheart”!) For some reason, it bugs me when someone, particularly a man, other than Mr. Wonderful, calls me “honey”, so go figure! Are you too young to remember Loretta Young? I think she called people “darling”!
I was about six, when her show would come on. If memory serves me right, she wore circular skirts and would twirl around, at the shows entrance. Of course, I tried to copy her! But, again, I digress!
The brains behind my blog, Ann Marie, created a photo collage, of my furniture painting classes. Wish I knew how to do what she does, but we all have our strengths! If you’ve joined us for a class recently, you just may find your beautifulness there!

Of course, I must tell you that there are two spots left, for Saturday’s Maison Blanche 3-hour Furniture Painting Class, starting at 10 a.m. This is the last class at introductory prices, so check your calendar, if you’re local!
And while we’re speaking of great deals, you’d never forgive me, if I didnt tell you that for the foreseeable future, I’ll be offering free shipping on all orders, over $25.00! on Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint!
This is a photo of a cabinet door, done in MMS Luckett’s green, at a recent class. Nice, huh?
Well, that wraps up all my blogging genius, for one day! (Trust me, I say that in jest! I wish I was able to focus long enough on my blog to make miracles happen, but at least I’m thankful that you’re still with me. I count my blessing, each and every day, for you and the rest of my many blessings!)
You are too kind, Barbara. Someday I’ll share my secrets…but you keep me too busy to get to that point. 😉 It’s exciting working with someone with so many great ideas. Keep them coming!
Yes, I do remember Loretta Young….oh my…yes she did like to twirl! I was a little girl then…and I thought my mother looked just like her. Thanks for the memory! Enjoy your weekend! 😉
Hi D-M, Your mom must have been beautiful! I remember twirling around in the living room back then. I fell and hit the glass topped coffee table, of course, and had to get stitches in my head! Hope that didn’t happen to Loretta!
I’ve been meaning to shoot you a message to let you know what a fun time I had taking your class. It was really nice to meet you and I’m very excited to work with you in the future! I was so impressed with your shop. You’ve done a wonderful job decorating it and blending “the old and new” together. You are vey talented and a genuinely nice person. I hope you have a wonderful and busy weekend!
Hi Marcie! Yes, Tuesday was so much fun! Next Tuesday looks good on my calendar next week, if it looks good for you. Just realized I don’t think I have your card, phone number, etc. I probably have it on the class sign-up sheet. Anyway, looking forward to more fun!
Cheers!,
Barbara
