I hope your holidays were filled with peace and joy!  We escaped to Lake Tahoe, for a white Christmas.  (This photo was taken on Christmas morning, facing north.)

By the way, we don’t normally make so many visits to the beach, after a snow, but it was one of the flatter areas we could walk our grand dog, to avoid the ice!

We didn’t have our kids home for Christmas, this year, so we were very happy Jill and Cassie shared Micah with us!

Anywho, let’s get down to business! I sort of accidentally ended up with a number of cloth bags.  Rather than send them back, I thought we could do a free fabric painting workshop, this Saturday, January 7th, at 1:00 p.m.

I’ll share some furniture painting tips and techniques and then you’ll all get to try it yourself! I only have space for ten, so please reserve a space, by calling the shop, ASAP at 916/514-5272!

I imagine the class will last about 45 minutes to an hour and it should fill up quickly, so call sooner, rather than later.

We have lots of plans for new classes.  Watch for a new Calligraphy class, taught by a local artist, starting in March!

We’re also planning to welcome Ann Marie Campbell back, for more Paint and Sip classes, starting next month. Stay tuned for dates!  We had to cancel the last popular lemons class, because of back issues, so we’re probably hit the re-start button for that class.
