Hello, gorgeous!

I hope the world is treating you well!  I’ve been working inside today, avoiding the heat, getting things checked off my (never-ending) to-do list. We all have one of those, right?
The old shop space is getting painted this week, as we prepare for our new tenant. I can’t wait to tell you more, but I think they’ll be a great addition to the neighborhood.

Final-Final Sale!

It’s been five months since we closed the shop and I’ve gone through a bit of a process, letting it all go.
I’m finally parting with things I thought I had to keep.  It’s all a bit silly. It’s just stuff.
So this Saturday is a final chance to lighten the load and make space for whatever’s next.

If you’re a crafter/painter, this sale’s for you.
$1 Paint Testers, $5 IOD transfers, $7 inlays that were $47!  You get the idea.

Things like the chippy iron bed frame, that hung above the entry table, that I had to keep. $30. Vintage fruit boxes and drying trays, $10. Old windows, $5-10.

My shop sister, the ever-delightful Darlene, will be my co-pilot, on Saturday.

Bob’s getting his energy back, although he takes a nap most days.  No harm with that! God heard all our prayers.

Random Tips…

On Netflix, we’ve been watching a series that must have been filmed in the 80’s or 90’s, based on the clothing. It’s called The Practice, about a small law office. No violence, an easy watch…so check it out.

Last night, we had Trader Joe’s Chicken Schwarma.  It’s boneless skinless chicken thighs, in the fresh meat section and comes in a wonderful middle eastern (?) marinade. Bob grilled it and it was delicious!
