How about taking a workshop, or giving the gift of a workshop?

I know I’m at my happiest, when doing anything creative.  I think the same applies to most of us.  It’s even better, when gathering with other women!  (Yes, men are welcome…it just doesn’t happen very often.)  Best of all, you leave with a completed project!

Here’s a piece that Debbie Smith created.  Yes, you can do this, with a wooden panel, a little paint, some stamps and decor transfers!

Calendar highlights…

The amazing Dori is creating a workshop, she’s calling My Vintage Heart, on Saturday, February 4th.  I don’t have a photograph yet, but if it’s anything like the other workshops she’s taught, you’ll want to be there!  She’s using a hand-made version she saw online for $245, as her inspiration! I’ll let you know as soon as I know more, but pencil in the date on your calendar, if you can!

Paint Your Own Piece  Over the many years I’ve talked to customers about furniture paint, there are many of you with projects you’d like to tackle, but find it too intimidating to begin.  This workshop will give you the confidence and the foundation you need, to take the plunge.  Have a large piece?  Just bring a couple of drawers or doors, to class, to get started. Otherwise, small tables, or chairs (approximately 30 x 30 x 35”) are always good prospects. Painted or stained…it doesn’t matter.  Let’s just work with real wood, instead of IKEA finishes.

Pretty Pegboard Display.  Saving the best for last!  I love this new project and think you will too! Cheryl Gallarda designed the piece and it’s not only pretty, but functional!

Hang it horizontally or vertically, move the shelves and pegs any which way you choose.  What will you use your peg board for?!
