The (Expanded) Treasured Home! March 13, 2014
No, I did not fall off the Empire State Building or get swept away at Niagara Falls!
We have expanded into the space next door! Walls have been removed and it’s a whole lot of fun, having more room!
In the meantime, we have grown into the suite next door and I’m loving the new space! My favorite thing to do is find new treasures!
I found all of these Western hats, at an estate sale, of a woman who use to play in western pictures. She was married four times and was quite a woman!
I found this old mantle and painted it, with Amy Howard’s One -Step!
One of my favorite things, is the plate rack, that our contractor built for me. I think the ironstone looks beautiful with the bead board behind it, painted with milk paint, of course!
I haven’t quite found the right place, for this massive dough bowl.
Check out our wonderful new workspace and classroom! I feel like dancing in here, there is so much room!
I hope you will check out our class calendar and join us for an upcoming class!
This Saturday’s Class is all about gold leaf. 930 until 1230, and I hope you’ll join us! Sign up online or at the shop.
I hope you’ll stop by and visit us soon!
Until next time…
Congratulations Barbara! WOW! Have you worked wonders over the past year. So much hard work but I can see from the results that your heart and soul are into The Treasured Home. Much continued success…xoxo
Oh, yes they are and thanks for noticing! I miss your blog posts and hope it’s because you’re having too much fun, pillow-queen! Hugs, Barbara
Your shop looks fantastic! Lots more room! Congratulations! I’m glad to see you haven’t been playing hooky! Enjoy your weekend! 😉
Thanks, Donnamae! Thanks for checking in on me while I was gone!
xoxo
Fantastic, congratulations on all your hard work and hopefully one day soon I can travel up your way and see it in person. Looks really inviting!
Wow!!!
Your shop looks amazing Barb! So happy you have the extra space…which means more fun stuff for your customers and when ya go a hunting…a place to put it!
It looks great! And that big ol dough bowl…I totally love that! I have a couple of smaller ones and I’m going to try the hemp oil on them. Yours looks great!
