Shopping at Market…

Hello, sweetness!

No matter what I do at Market, I’m always looking at displays! Good displays are like artwork and I always strive to learn and do better, at the shop!

For instance, look how this cutting board display was made! Creative and impactful!

Shopping with a friend…

For an extra treat, my sister-in-law, Marcella, joined me. She owns a shop in Paris, Texas and normally shops at the Dallas Market.  It was great to have a shopping buddy.  Lots of good laughs, too!

We met at baggage pick up, in Las  eggs and I was having so much fun yacking with her, that I picked up the wrong dang suitcase!  To make things worse, I didn’t realize it until we were at the hotel!  So, she was kind enough to go with me, back to the airport and exchange bags.  In my defense, both bags were blue, but the other bag owner was not impressed! 😡

You know, I’m going to be a Grammy, before long, but no,I didn’t buy one of these luxury scooters or training bikes, for the future president! From the looks of things, I don’t think they were making too many sales, but they sure were darling!

I did buy some wonderful children’s books, including Frog and Toad, which I read to my kids when they were small.  Loved those books, almost as much as they did!

You’ll have to patiently wait and see what else I bought.  Can’t spill all the beans now! Right? I did focus on small gifts, since it’s just 151 days until Christmas, ya know!🤣

Back at the workshop, I’ve almost finished this beauty and look forward to adding the finishing touches! Stay tuned!

Chick Fil-Lazy!

Here’s proof that food at market is pretty marginal!  But, I didn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings, so I ate the whole thing!
I think someone slipped a sleeping pill into my water bottle, because I’m ready for a nap! I’d better get moving.
