New Pillows, Made from Vintage Sari’s November 23, 2013
Greetings!
I hope your world is humming along smoothly!
Patti and I finished waxing chairs #3 and #4, out of 6, at the shop today. I think we ‘ll both be sleeping well tonight!
I recovered the pads in a wheat colored linen and they look great, if I do say so myself! If you’re in the market for a smallish table and chairs, let’s talk!
Trish just sent the pillow covers she completed for me, using vintage sari quilts. She did a beautiful job, as usual! I love them paired with the pillows covered in vintage French ticking!
L-O-V-E!
Last night, Jinni, Patti and I, joined the masses, at the Noel Vintage Christmas Fair! I just love all the creative flair and talent! I found quite a few new treasures for the shop, including some wonderful leather cuffs. I’m saving the cuff, decorated with a vintage cabinet pull, of all things!
Do you ever buy yourself a Christmas present? Mr. Wonderful has given up on shopping for me, but I still like to have a fun gift to open, that I know I’m going to like! So, merry Christmas to me! If you’d love to become a skilled furniture painter, let the right person know! Even if that right person is you!
The gift box includes a 3-hour furniture painting class and everything you need, to paint your very first masterpiece, while enjoying a 20% savings!
So, sweet friend, enjoy your Sunday! Don’t take any wooden nickels!
Beautiful pillows….love the rich colors! Have a Happy Thanksgiving! 😉
Girl I could make a mannequin for you like that I have done 6
I just need you to live next door! Boy, could we get into some trouble!
