It’s Saturday evening, as I write this.  Mr. Wonderful is at the wheel and we’re headed to Tahoe.  We’re so thankful it’s just 2-hours away!

We’ll have a turkey Caesar salad, for a late dinner, using a dressing that’s yummy garlic-heaven. If you love Caesar salad, I’ll post the delicious dressing recipe, before I sign off.

Now, for the CaesarDressing Recipe!

1/2 C Olive Oil

1 Egg

2 T Dijon Mustard

1 Large garlic clove, minced

1/2 t Worcestershire sauce

Juice from 1/2 a lemon

Salt, Pepper & Parmesan cheese to taste

Mix thoroughly and voila!

(I used one of those little hand held mixers and it made the dressing nice and creamy! Enjoy!)
