Come On In! (To The Treasured Home) October 25, 2012
I know some of you are more than a stones throw away, so why don’t we take the grand tour of the new shop! Let your fingers do the walking! Saturday’s the big day!
The window decal went on today and I love it!
This lovely bear, greets you, as you walk in the door! It’s painted by one of our local artists, Jean Lamour.
Harry, the headless cowboy, is also on hand to greet you!
I am tempted to take these preserved boxwood balls and the pedestal planters home with me!
The pennants are made from old school books that have been repurposed. Isn’t that cool?
This is “calendar girl”, to help children celebrate the days leading up to Christmas. “Calendar boy” is on the other side of the Bakers rack.
And this is my first milk paint project!
…my vintage fabric pillows and Little Piggies!
I also adore my little match box mice!
…some of my painting projects.
These little elves are hanging from a bottle drying rack/light fixture!
And finally, where the thousands of happy customers will complete the sale! (Thinking positive!)
I hope you enjoyed the tour, as much as I enjoyed sharing!
Thanks for all of your sweet comments of support and good wishes that greeted me this morning. You’re the best!
Rock on! It just looks fabulous Barb! Enjoy the day… xxx

Barbara, what a great looking shop full of wonderful goodies. I am looking for some of those plates you have stacked. Hopefully HomeGoods will have them. I love your milk paint project. It peeled off beautifully. Congrats again on the shop.
Thanks so much, Kim! I could sleep for days, but I’ll save that for later!
