Beginner Oil Painting class…

I’ve been wanting to get back into oil painting, which Ive only dabbled in, in the past.  If you’d like to give it a try, Marian of Miss Mustard Seed blog fame, has become an accomplished oil painter.  She even had a piece reproduced by Target.  Very cool!  I know I have a lot to learn and that’s ok.  If you’re interested, the class is free and about 2 hours long. It’s almost fall, y’all!

I found a great stash of vintage watering cans.  I have one out in the garden that I love.  They aren’t terribly practical, but that’s ok. They’re just a glance into the past and that’s all good!

It’s August!

After twelve years, the staff gave me the month off.  I’m still working from home and will be back during the month, but it’s a wonderful time for relaxation and rejuvenation!
