On the stain and finishing oil; would u use it on bathroom cabinets painted Ash, if so what color of stain should I use..

I have never used any finishing oil other than the clear, over Ash. Ash is such a beautiful dark grey. I also love Fusion’s Beeswax, over Ash. Easier to apply than Stain and finishing oil, in my opinion.

SO sorry for my slow reply! If you haven’t already tackle this project, I would use the natural stain and finishing oil. I apply and remove with circular motions, using an applicator pad. If you want a second coat for extra protection, wait a day before adding a second coat.

Hi there! 2 months late! So sorry! By now, your project is probably behind you! I’ve used our hemp oil over FMP, but never Tung oil. True ting oil is very syrupy. I’ve had great success using it over porous wood though.
      Happy Painting!, Barbara
