New Treasures at Veranda Antiques September 8, 2012
Last time I was at Veranda Antiques, there was a whole lot of “moving and shaking” going on! Tom and Dave have moved their space and it is amazing!
Trust me, when I say my top notch photography does not do their space, formerly the kitchen in this cottage, justice!
Lora, the high priestess, is in the main room, all re-arranged, as well as the back porch, and everything looks wonderful! As one who loves religious folk art, my eyes were drawn to this piece in the hallway.
And if you’d like to upgrade your dining room chairs, these four are less than $300! They really have a custom look about them.
My humble abode, has a new tractor seat! Now, I know you have been looking for one of these!
How about a milking stool, that folds up in between cows? You know you want it!
Fall is a wonderful time for croquet!
I need to find a better way to display this weathervane.
These French soaps smell heavenly!
Well, my little chickadees, I could spend all day showing you pictures, but better yet, why don’t you drop by?
Hope you’re doing wonderfully well!
All the best!,
Barbara
Barbara, I see such wonderful items! Gosh, I wouldn’t know where to begin! Everything looks lovely!
Lots of treasures. Don’t need a folding milk stool, but sure do love that weathervane! Sure wish Veranda was closer! 😉
Barbara..you have so many wonderful things in your shop!…I am in love with the weathervane…I have the perfect spot for it and the best thing is that I would not have to move things around to accommodate it!!….but instead of being across town, as you know I am across the country….way across!..:(
Well, Shirley,
The weathervane is $150, and I can add it to the suitcase with the monogrammed silver cream pitcher, you have coming out…to the Southern Blogger’s Conference, next month! Ha!
We’re going to have some fun!,
Barbara
Barbara like Shirley I wish I lived closer. I adore the chairs! I have a large leaping rabbit weathervane over a fairly wide bookcase,; and love the way it looks up on top!
