It’s true!  Santa’s coming this Saturday, around 1 p.m.!  You never know, with Santa.  Head winds, tail winds, or some extra good girl, (like me), may hold him up, but he’s pretty dependable!

We’ve stocked up on candy canes and have the perfect spot for him, to sit and hope you’ll be able to stop by! (We’ve never had a visit before and I hope I survive!  I have visions of barking dogs and children running through the shop, eating their candy canes.  This may be a Xanax kind of day! But I love Santa and seeing the kids eyes get big!)

I love my very old memories of going to bed, on Christmas Eve, all squeaky clean after my bath.  Dad would always read The Night Before Christmas to us and then tuck us in bed.  It always took forever to go to sleep, since I was so excited! What’s your favorite memory?

Stay tuned!  In the mean time, we will be returning this table to its rightful owner.  This beauty has been with us forever, it seems, but it’s time to say farewell!

We had a great Cookie Decorating Class last Saturday!  Twelve women, including some mothers and daughters, took the class!  I think we’ll schedule a couple more classes next year and start a little earlier in the season. Thank you, Kandy, for teaching the class!
