You showed up and we’re so grateful!

Saturday turned out to be one of our best-ever days, thanks to you!

 I’m not going to lie…the first half of the year had us scratching our heads, wondering how long the slow days could last.  But, we kept doing what we do and we’re seeing the tide change and we are so thankful!

If you’ve been around the shop for long, you’ve probably heard me call it my non-profit…probably not what a business coach would suggest! But the truth is, the dollar has never been what has driven me.  I just love finding things you’ll love and making everything look pretty.  A noble life path?  Probably not, but it works for me.

Cheryl returned from vacation and asked where the trees were.  I said “trees?” I couldn’t find any other trees…besides the one Darlene decorated…but what do ya know…there they were, in the back room…hidden in the corner.  So they’ll be coming out this week, to display some of our pretty ornaments.  Besides, we don’t want to show off all of our treasures at once…right?

I dropped by the shop today, to fluff a bit and re-stock. We received new canvas bags, from Mona B, little Christian devotional books, plus two other boxes…and for the life of me, I can’t remember their contents.  Oh dear! This doesn’t sound good!

One thing was for sure…our birdhouse painting workshop was a great success! Thank you Debbie, for making that happen! (Special thanks, to our model, Kim)
