Hello good people!
Lots of good things are happening in the shop! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if everyone had a paint brush in their hand, we’d have world peace!
Do you think I’ve possibly over simplified the situation?
Well, anyway, here’s a quick recap…
Friend and accomplished artist, Jean Lamoure, had her hands full, Friday night, for the Paint & Sip class. Thirteen (yes, that’s 13) women had a very good time, re-creating Jean’s masterpiece.
We’re hoping we can talk her into another class, before long! I got a chance to visit her home studio recently. Talk about a chic-she-shed! She’s working on several commissioned pieces that are just stunning. Next time, I’ll take pictures!
Today, naturalist Monica Bier, joined us for another seminar, on alternatives to pharmaceuticals and over the counter medicines. You know it’s a huge industry, when every other commercial is for medicine of some sort.
Monica’s essential oil blends are the result of 25 years of experience and research. She’s passionate about non-toxic remedies that have been around for hundreds of years.
She and I are offering these seminars, because we think there is a great interest, value and need, for a more holistic approach to health care.
Check out Monica’s schedule for May & August,

There are still a few spots for this Saturday’s Paint Your Own Piece class! Register at the link above, or call the shop, at 916/514-5272.
We’re still bring pieces out from the back room! Our months of hoarding have ended! Our goal is to empty the back room, so it can be remodeled, into more shop space! This summer is when the space will hopefully get its face-lift. (I had to toss a coin…face lift for me, or the shop! The shop won!)
Before I let you go, I want you to join me, for Girl’s Night at the shop, Thursday, May 11th, at 6 p.m.
You know that this metal and wooden yard art will make you smile!
You know you need some flower power!
Blessings and safe travels, until we meet again!
