Silky kimonos on sale! April 23, 2026

Beautiful kimono jackets, $10 off, this week!

Hello, gorgeous!

It’s Thursday morning, as I write this and the glorious sun is shining! It’s been a busy week and I have lots to report!

I took advantage of a great offer from my kimono wholesaler, and ordered a bunch, in a variety of colors and patterns. These jackets are often worn over a cami, with jeans or dress pants. This week, you can save $10 per kimono. So, instead of $49.95, they’re $39.95 and they make a great gift. Easy to mail, too!

And then…

I received an order of hand made baskets, all the way from Morocco. Our last order sold quickly, so check them out!

I used a big market basket, last time I was at Trader Joe’s and the checker was quite impressed. Ha!  Seriously, these things are indestructible, while looking great.

Something new, at the shop…

I’ve been wearing previously loved, second hand clothes, for a while now. You should know, I’m a thrift store/estate sale junkie. Total disclosure! I used to walk past the clothes, looking for vintage what-nots. No longer.
After buying and selling clothes for quite a while, I know how to identify good brands, fabric and quality construction. I love that I can buy without guilt, if I want to donate it, down the road. It’s a great way to add to your wardrobe at a fraction of the cost of new.
I’ll still carry new clothes and have some darling pieces coming soon, so stay tuned!

I found a pair of these paisley accent chairs this week. They’re in perfect condition! Yes, I know the toile pillow is a bad match, but give me a break! 🙂
