No matter how you celebrated, I hope you had a delightful Thanksgiving!

Betsy, Landi and Olivia arrived Tuesday evening, just in time for Taco Tuesday…a Mr. Wonderful specialty!

Neither Landi or Olivia had been to the Napa area or San Francisco, so yesterday, we went to Yountville, for lunch at the amazing Restoration Hardware restaurant. If you’ve never been, it’s a wonderful treat!  The ambience, food and service are all four-stars!

Today will be spent cooking, taking walks and playing games…oh and eating!  We’re trying a dry brined turkey, which is just salting the turkey in the fridge for two days.  I’ve made a fresh cranberry relish, that’s a nice alternative to canned cranberry sauce.  Mixed in the food processor, with an orange and adding sugar, it’s a nice fresh addition.

Tomorrow, the girls will take Amtrak to San Francisco, for the day.  The weather should be perfect!

Restoration Hardware, Yountville, on Wednesday

When you read this newsletter,  I’ll be getting ready for the first of three days, celebrating Small Business Saturday.  We’ve been busy, preparing for weeks, unpacking new arrivals and restocking old favorites.  We hope you’ll find the perfect gifts, for friends and family, on your list!

We decided to extend our specials to Friday, Saturday and Sunday! 

We’ll gladly wrap your gifts, with festive ribbon and tags, so you’ll have one last thing to do, when you arrive home.

This will be our 12th holiday season and we are so thankful to still be able to do what we love, while serving the community!  There’s no “us” without “you”, so a thousand thanks for your support!
